What are my options?
It is usually more cost effective to start small. Most troubleshooting or help can be achieved in one or two hours. If you are more comfortable with having help with your project from start to finish maybe the “Complete Package” is best for you.
Can I switch to a different plan?
You can absolute always add more time to your package. Once in our help system workflow we will keep an open line of contact until your project is complete.
Do you offer products for sale?
At this time no. Every project is unique and tailored specifically to your boat and what you are looking to achieve. In saying that, there are too many products to consider. Therefore, we will research the market and give recommendations for products to best suite your desired outcome.
Do you issue refunds?
We do not offer refunds for our consultation services. However, we will provide you with warranty information for the products you purchase.
